Callow Avenue

Fortis Advisory provided development services which included acquisition, design and construction oversight for the owner, a Baltimore based non-profit. The project consisted of the acquisition and renovation of eight properties which were subsequently sold to homeowners. All eight properties received complete renovations including new framing, building systems and finishes.
